All Properties LLC is hand-down the best property management firm I know of in Colorado, having owned and managed a rental property in the state for many years now, with a number of different managers. Having worked with Brion for over 10 years, I can honestly say this his emphasis on customer experience, communication, and attention to detail is without comparison. I have experience with larger property management firms who use a divisional style where separate individuals manage unique needs of the property. Usually, this results in a fragmented experience for the homeowner, and leaves the homeowners and likely the tenants unsure of who the main point of contact at the firm is. All Properties LLC's structure is excellent, and leaves the owners and tenants sure they are taken care of and that all details and projects are being pursued. I do not usually leave reviews, but believe Brion and his team at All Properties deserve to be recognized for their incredible service. Brion is great. We decided to move over to continue to be able to work with him from another agency. Brion has always been very communicative and responsive in managing our property. We always learn quickly of any issues and the tenants speak very highly of him as well. His no nonsense approach is still very client oriented. Brion has provided us with excellent property management services, excellent advice on a number of improvement ideas, required repairs, and keeps us up to date on all the maintenance. I have had the experience of working with Brion for many years and he has proved himself to be a very capable individual when managing my property. He is a delight to work with and very personable. I would say his strengths are as follows:
* Knowledge of the rental market and very tactical.
* Provides good information about a rental unit to perspective tenants.
* Has made sound judgements on prospective tenants.
* Negotiates and resolves inter tenant issues.
* Very practical and not afraid to do dirty work, such as unblocking sinks, when plumbers are not immediately available.
* Knocks on doors if rental payments are overdue.
* Employs a good software system to keep clients updated on all aspects of accounting.
